Artisan Breads
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — mixed, proofed, and baked in-house every morning. Crusty on the outside, tender on the inside. Just like bread should be.
Fayette, Alabama
At FC Nutrition, we bake with intention and stock shelves that actually nourish. From sourdough loaves pulled straight from the deck to pantry staples you won't find anywhere else in Fayette, every item is chosen the way you'd choose for your own table.
Our Story
FC Nutrition started with a simple conviction: your neighborhood market should do two things at once — make you feel welcome and make sure what you're eating actually does you good. Not a trend, not a gimmick. Just real food, baked fresh each morning, and grocery items we'd proudly put in our own kitchen.
We're on 2nd Street because that's where our community is. We know our regulars by name, we remember how you take your bread, and we genuinely care that the food you bring home makes a difference in how you feel. That's not marketing — that's just how we run things.
What We Carry
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — mixed, proofed, and baked in-house every morning. Crusty on the outside, tender on the inside. Just like bread should be.
Croissants that shatter when you break them, pie slices that make your afternoon, and seasonal specials that show up without warning — because we make them when the moment feels right.
Organic staples, local honey, small-batch sauces, and pantry essentials we'd actually keep in our own kitchen. Nothing on our shelves that we wouldn't serve our own families.
Rotating picks that reflect what's fresh, what's local, and what's interesting. Holiday pies, summer preserves, winter spiced goods — we follow the season and you taste the difference.
From the Bakery
There's a rhythm to the shop that most people never notice — the early mornings, the flour on the counter, the quiet satisfaction of watching a batch come out exactly right. This week our sourdough has an especially open crumb, the rosemary focaccia is calling to anyone who walks past the window, and we've got a batch of cinnamon rolls cooling on the rack that we're genuinely not allowed to eat before customers arrive.
Come early if you want the first pick. Stay late if you want the last slice — we'll save it for you.
